I grew up watching my mother find time to care for ailing neighbors, for busy relatives, for fellow churchgoers, for anyone really who asked or demonstrated need.
Every child is a ‘maker’
In this world of instant gratification and ‘throw away’ society, I am grateful for the ways in which my mother taught me to ‘make’ and ‘create’.
